How We Use Your Information

Communication: Send appointment reminders and confirmations, provide real-time ride status updates, respond to inquiries and support requests, and share important service updates.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Healthcare Providers: We may share relevant information with your physicians, dialysis centers, hospitals, and other medical facilities to coordinate your care and transportation.

Insurance and Medicaid Brokers: We share necessary information with MTM, Ride Health, Living Legacy Care, and other NEMT brokers for service authorization and billing.

Service Partners: Our drivers and dispatch team receive information necessary to provide safe, effective transportation services.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, customers, or others.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
